Private Flights to/from Mexico City, Mexico
Enjoy the best private jet charter services in Mexico City, the high-altitude capital of Mexico and its most populated city.
Officially known as Ciudad de México, the city center was built on the ruins of Tenochtitlan, the Aztec capital, and would later become the capital of New Spain, which covered much of North America.
Famous landmarks and attractions in Mexico City include Templo Mayor, a 13th-century Aztec temple; the Plaza de la Constitución, the city’s massive main square surrounded by historic colonial-era architecture; the Palacio Nacional, home to historic murals by Diego Rivera; and the Catedral Metropolitana de México, a baroque cathedral commissioned by Spanish conquistadors and seat of the Catholic Archdiocese of Mexico.
Mexico City has experienced rapid growth throughout the 20th century and is very densely populated. Today, it is the largest city in North America and the world’s largest Spanish-speaking city, home to nearly 9 million residents and more than 20 million in its urban area.
It’s also one of Latin America’s most important economic centers; it’s the world’s 8th richest city and the richest city in Latin America. The city alone accounts for more than 15% of Mexico’s GDP and more than 25% of the nation’s services sector.
Please note that business jets will operate out of Toluca International Airport in nearby Toluca instead of Mexico City, as operations at Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) are restricted to scheduled commercial airlines due to the high volume of traffic.

45 km northeast of Mexico City, there is an archaeological site known as Teotihuacán. There, the largest Pyramid in Mexico City, at 65.5 meters high, is the Pyramid of the Sun.
Located in the Education Building, the walls of three floors are covered in paintings and murals by Diego Rivera. There are also two courtyards. The lines may be long at times, but once inside, there is plenty of room to move around and see the murals, however there isn’t much room to sit.
An architectural wonder, the Spanish Post Office or “Postal Palace” of Mexico City, sits on the Eje Central near the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Its design mixes several traditions of architectural art into a single, complex design, making it a top tourist attraction.
